As per our last meeting it has been decided that we will setup an awareness camp on upcoming Sarat Mela. PHSAA will setup a medical camp at the mela. It was discussed and decided that our annual magazine "Phire Dekha" will be published at Sarat Mela. Reunion program data still mot decided due to Covid Situation.
During the meeting, members discussed the PHSAA registration process, and discussed the magazine's name. Members are gathering sponsors for the magazine, and are collecting content from former students and teachers of PHS.Selected members are looking for a room which will be used as the PHSAA office.
Annual Reunion Program has been planned on 9th January 2022. We will felicitate all the retired teachers and staff on that day and our Annual Magazine will be realeased on that day. A magazine subcommittee has been formed. It has been decided the last date of submission of magazine content is 15th Dec 2021. Website updated for membership updation.
Membership fees will be collected of 120 INR from members. The treasurer shared details of expenses and current funds. These details will be shared on the website. A further discussion occurred regarding PHSAA's annual magazine.
Committee further discussed on online counseling session. The first session will be held on 29th august under the guidence of Mr. Debayan Roy. Decission taken to publish a magazine each year on 9th January, PHSAA inauguration day. Committee is planning to arrange a program where PHSAA will felicitate top 10 students of 10th and top 3 students from each stream of 12th. Final date will be decided later. Committee members are requested to go to school on 15th august to celebrate Independece day together with school teachers.
Commitee discussed the possibility of organizing a motivational session online, which would help students to stay positive. Committee is working on arranging a medical camp under the guidance of Mr. Buddhadev Panja. Committee is working on updating the website with more information.
The website for keeping book records has been updated. The Rabindra Jayanti program has been discussed. The committee will organise an online class consisting of teachers who can provide some exam preparation tips to students in 10th and 12th classes.Committee also discussed to organize an online quiz for all PHS students.
It was discussed about an online Rabindra Jayanti program. More details were discussed regarding book collections. A career development program will be planned for students in class IX-XII.
The committee decided on the volunteer structure for book collection and donation and the process to be followed regarding the record and storage of books. A guideline will be made for whatsapp messaging. The treasurer team has published the financial report.
The committee thanked all school committee members, volunteers, and members for their support in hosting the inaugural program, as well as the Sarat Mela committee for their assistance in setting up a stall at the event.
